Fortunately, this is a simple problem that can usually be resolved by doing a ‘auto-tune’ on the customer’s television. If necessary, we can also give TV tuning service for you, however we propose that you test this first before we come to your location. If you have tried re-tuning the TV and are still having problems with TV reception, there could be another issue with either your TV or your TV antenna setup.
